The Mediterranean atmosphere characterizes this detached house with views in Portals Nous, Mallorca. This grandiose project carried out by the architecture studio Tarragona Höhne Architekten Mallorca is located in an exclusive area and at a perfect height to enjoy the splendid views of the sea.

The Tarragona Höhne Architekten architecture studio have entrusted Espacio Home Design to carry out the interior design project of the entire house and have collaborated with the art commissioner Aba Art Lab to place works of art designed perfectly for each space and give warmth and humanity to each zone.

We start with the majestic elongated living room where at first glance we can see a space for relaxation and reading where it has been equipped with the Gregor sofa, 45º side tables and Reversi armchairs from the Italian brand Molteni&C and a Chandelier PostKrisi suspended lamp from the Catellani & Smith brand.

Continuing with the other side of the living room, we find another meeting room and disconnection near the fireplace and television. In this space we find in the center the Hugo and Attico side tables surrounded by the magnificent Albert sofa by Molteni&C.

On the other hand, we move on to the dining room and kitchen area of this house, an open concept that unites two meeting spaces and stand out both individually and jointly. The dining room is made up of the Sky Natura Briccole table from the Riva1920 brand, a design table made of solid wood and combined with iron legs. The chairs that surround it are Chelsea by Molteni&C and on the table we see the fabulous and elegant Pendant Light Storm lamp by Pentalight.

To finish in that area of the house, we find the open kitchen with a central island combined with different materials that gives personality to the whole environment and harmonizes this incredible environment, perfect for any occasion of gathering with friends and family.

We go to the bedroom area and especially the main bedroom of the house where we can see the perfect Italian style set with Mediterranean touches from the Molteni&C brand where we find the Ribbon bed with the Grid headboard, the Password shelf, the Dominio Next pouf and in the other corner of the room, there are the Panna Cotta side tables with the D.154.2 armchair, an iconic piece of the aforementioned Italian brand and accompanied by the IC Light Table High lamp by Flos.

Next we find the spectacular Molteni&C dressing room, versatile and functional that blends with the surroundings of the private and intimate bathroom of the master bedroom.

Now we move on to one of the star rooms of the house, the dedicated cinema carried out by Espacio Scena. and Bang & Olufsen. An exclusive and very personal space where you can entertain yourself and enjoy a cinematographic experience without leaving home. What most characterizes this ‘home cinema’ is the surround sound created by the installed speakers that give the system a totally three-dimensional, enveloping and magical sound. To crown this project we installed two Celestial ceiling speakers from Bang & Olufsen to achieve the wonderful Dolby Atmos experience. This cinema has also been equipped with a set of two Floyd Chaise Longue from the Living Divani brand and the Molteni&C side tables that harmonize this space to disconnect.

Finally, we go to the outdoor area of the house, spaciousness, light and color for the most versatile area, where architecture and landscape dialogue perfectly. Here we separate two spaces, one is the outdoor dining area where we find the Kolonaki table and the Cricket chairs from the Varaschin Outdoor Furniture brand and the lamps presiding over the table from the Bover brand. And, on the other hand, the chill out area with hammocks for sunbathing Daybed Chill by Gandia Blasco accompanied by floral details, etc. that provide warmth and freshness to the whole set.
