Projekt in Avenidas

Espacio Home Design has participated in this reform together with the architect José Ozonas, preserving to the maximum the ancient character of this building and introducing new decorative details that are integrated into the design of the house.
The rehabilitation of the project has consisted of discovering and conserving the old architectural elements and integrating countless new details and materials that continue to guarantee the character of the house.
The kitchen, of our brand Cocinart, is a lacquered C1 material in Willow color in combination with Oak Wood knots and natural finish.
The countertops and the island are made in porcelain Neolith Pietra di Luna.
Both combinations have made this kitchen a modern and urban space without losing the old character of the project.
